Destination: Pallatanga, Ecuador
Partner Ministry: Lugar de Shalom (Camp Pallatanga) in partnership with OMS (One Mission Society) and the Chambers family
Cost: $1800 per person (includes airfare, in-country expenses, and travel to/from Indianapolis, IN)
Why ECUADOR?
Ecuador is a country of rich cultural heritage and incredible natural beauty, but it also faces significant spiritual and practical needs. Pallatanga, a small town nestled in the Andes Mountains, is home to Lugar de Shalom (Place of Peace), a camp dedicated to spreading the Gospel and equipping leaders for ministry. While there is a growing Christian presence, many communities remain unreached, and local churches need encouragement and resources to thrive. This trip is an opportunity to make a lasting impact by serving alongside our missionary partners, the Chambers family, and the local church.
WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?
Work Projects: Participate in hands-on construction and manual labor to improve facilities at Lugar de Shalom, creating a better environment for ministry and outreach.
Missional Church Leader Training: Equip local pastors and church leaders with biblical and practical tools to strengthen their ministries and lead effectively.
Evangelism Training: Teach and model effective ways to share the Gospel, empowering believers to reach their neighbors with the love of Christ.
This holistic approach allows us to serve both spiritually and practically, leaving a tangible and eternal impact.
